The Important Thing owners, Laurie and Dave, live in downtown Lebanon and love the neighborhood feel of the market. With education and experience in medical research, ministry and establishing healthy teams, Laurie sees The Important Thing as an opportunity to engage young people with meaningful work experiences, draw community into the Lebanon city neighborhood market and to bring real espresso to Lebanon!

 

Dave offers steady support in the form of stand construction, coffee shop reconnaissance, taste-testing and early morning grind adjustment.
